Ingredients:

1/3 cup refried beans, fat free
4 t salsa, green
1 oz pepper jack cheese
1/2 avocado
Directions:
1. In a bowl, layer rice, beans, salsa, and cheese
2. Microwave on Hi for 1 minute 30 seconds
3. Garnish with Avocado
