green chilies |
jack cheese |
cut up pieces of chicken |
butter or oil spray |
Directions:
1. Butter a rectangle shape pyrex 2. cook your rice 3. When rice is cooked, add sour cream to rice 4. add seasonings 5. cut up your cooked chicken in small pieces 6. Grate your jack cheese/cheedar cheese 7. Start to layer your dish 8. Rice mixture 1st layer 9. Next sprinkle chicken all over 10. Green chili (I like to use the whole chili 11. Top with cheeses - Then start again. 12. Make at least 2 layers. |
