This can be addictive! Great side dish for meal.
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked basmati rice
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can lentil and vegetable soup
1 cup hot water
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a pot; stir to mix.
2. Boil on a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Note that the rice can stick in the pot easily, so stir occasionally to avoid this.
4. Make sure the rice is done before serving.
