Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
4 (8-ounce) rib-eye steaks |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub over steaks. Let stand 1 hour. 2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 7 minutes. Turn steaks, and grill 5 more minutes or to desired degree of doneness. |
