I usally double this recipe and freeze a batch. I love the flavor of the bacon in these. Store in the refridgerator beacuse of the bacon. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
2 cups corn flakes |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. 2. Stir in bacon, cornflakes and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. 4. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks. Store in the refrigerator. |
