Homemade recipe - Ribs so tender and sweet - substitute boneless ribs for a pulled pork style dinner. Ingredients:
wrack pork ribs |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1 whole peach, peach halves |
12 ounces cola |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
28 ounces barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix BROWN SUGAR & MINCED GARLIC - mix until jelly like. 2. Rub BROWN SUGAR & MINCED GARLIC jelly all over the ribs. 3. Put the ribs in the bottom of the crocker. 4. Add the rest of the ingredients - EXCEPT FOR BBQ SAUCE! 5. Cook in crocker on low for 5-6 hours. 6. Drain crocker of it's contents 7. Put ribs back in crocker. 8. Poor BBQ sauce in crocker. 9. Continue cooking for 1 hour 10. Serve & enjoy! |
