Ingredients:
4 lbs beef short ribs with bones |
3/4 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 cup chopped rhubarb |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
1/3 cup honey |
1/3 cup chili sauce |
3/4 cup rose wine |
1/3 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place ribs in a 9x13-inch pan; add 3/4 cup water, sprinkle with seasoned salt and cover with foil. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for two hours. 3. Combine rhubarb, soup mix, honey, chili sauce, wine, 1/3 cup water, basil and pepper in a saucepan. 4. Simmer 30 minutes. 5. Pour over ribs. 6. Bake, uncovered, another 30 minutes, basting several times. |
