Rhubarb Upside-down Cake

Though I've never been a big fan of rhubarb, I sure like this dessert.
Ingredients:
1-18 ounce pkg. yellow cake mix
4 cups rhubarb, diced fine
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream
Directions:
1. Prepare cake according to recipe on box. Turn batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar over then pour the cream over all. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Rhubarb will be in the bottom of the pan when baked. Serve upside-down with a dollop of whipped cream on each piece. It's good warm or cold.
