Rhubarb & Strawberry Crumble |

If you're a fan of rhubarb and strawberries together, you'll love this. Ingredients:
4 -4 1/2 cups rhubarb, diced |
1 quart strawberry, hulled and diced |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 cup flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix sugar, flour and sour cream together. 3. Combine with strawberries and rhubarb and spoon into buttered gratin dish. 4. Make crumble by mixing oats, flour, and brown sugar together. 5. Rub in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. 6. Scatter over rhubarb and strawberry mixture. 7. Bake 40 minutes. |
