Serve with steak or beef. From our local paper KV Style. Ingredients:
8 cups chopped rhubarb |
3 cups diced onions |
2 cups white vinegar |
2 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon allspice |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce to low heat and let simmer until well thickened. 4. Let cool and refrigerate. 5. I am guessing at yield and prep time. |
