Ingredients:
1 quart water |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 stalks rhubarb (1 lb.), quartered crosswise |
ice cubes |
cold seltzer, for serving |
Directions:
1. Combine water and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add rhubarb and simmer for 1 hour. Strain, discarding rhubarb; let cool. 2. Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour rhubarb tea two-thirds full; top off with cold seltzer. |
