I got this recipe from a lady in our church. So simple.......and always the first to disappear at church pot luck dinners. Ingredients:
4 cups chopped rhubarb |
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup water |
1 package yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup coconut |
1/2 cup nuts |
3/4 cup melted butter, no substitute |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle ingredients in a 9-13 pan in order listed. 2. DO NOT MIX. 3. Bake at 325 for 25 min or til rhubarb is tender. 4. Serve with whipped topping. |
