This is another recipe from better homes and garden cookbook. Makes 2 cups Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb cut in 1-inch pieces |
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine rhubarb, sugar, and water. 2. Bring to boiling; cover and cook slowly till tender, about 5 minutes. 3. Makes 2 cups. |
