I make this recipe every year because it is soooo good on pancakes, tastes just like spring, especially in the middle of winter.
Ingredients:
5 -6 cups fresh and/or frozen rhubarb
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. In saucepan, bring rhubarb and water to a boil.
2. Add sugar& cinnamon, return to boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
4. Put in freezer containers and freeze.
