If you just like the taste of rhubarb, you will love this.No extra addeds, just rhubarb and enough sugar to sweeten. Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb |
1 cup sugar |
water |
Directions:
1. Wash and cut rhubarb in 1 pieces. 2. Place in pan and add water about 1/2 deep. 3. Cover and simmer until tender{about 10 minutes}. 4. Cool slightly and place in bowl. 5. Refrigerate and serve chilled. |
