what a funny name for such a great dessert!
Ingredients:
4 -5 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 large egg
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons flour
18 1/2 ounces yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter, sliced
cool whip, for garnish
Directions:
1. Mash the first 4 ingredients together.
2. Pat into the bottom of 13x9 pan.
3. Sprinkle with the cake mix.
4. Arrange butter slices over the top.
5. DO NOT STIR.
6. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes.
7. Cool, dollop with Cool Whip before serving.
