Home made has never been so easy. Wonderful flavor, color and consistency. Strawberry jello may be used in place of raspberry,either flavor is great... Ingredients:
6 cups fresh rhubarb |
5 cups sugar |
1 -3 ounce raspberry gelatin powder |
Directions:
1. Cut rhubarb into 1/2 pieces. 2. Mix rhubarb with the sugar and let stand about 10 minutes. 3. Bring to a boil in medium saucepan for 7 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and add jello,mix well. 5. You may have to skim foam from the top before pouring into jars. 6. Pour into jelly jars. |
