This is a great tradtional pie recipe that my Grandmother would make when I was a little girl. I hope you enjoy. It's super easy to make. Ingredients:
1 egg |
2 egg yolks |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb |
1 ready-made pie crust |
real homemade whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and bake in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. 2. Top with homemade whipped topping. |
