Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups rhubarb, cut in 1 slices (1 lb)
1/4 cup enriched flour
1 9 pastry crust with lattice top
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
1. Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg.
2. Beat into eggs.
3. Add rhubarb.
4. Line 9 pie plate with pastry; fill; dot with butter.
5. Top with lattice crust.
6. Bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
7. Cool.
