Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup pecans, chopped |
1 large egg |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons orange rind, grated |
3/4 cup orange juice |
1 1/4 cups rhubarb, fresh fine chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients. 2. Beat egg and oil; add orange juice. 3. Add to flour mix. 4. Add rhubarb. 5. Bake 350F 25-30 min. |
