Directions:
1. In large bowl mix brown sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla. 2. Add buttermilk, rhubarb and nuts, stirring completely. 3. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Stir until moistened. 4. Topping:. 5. Combine and mix until crumbly and sprinkle over muffin dough. Press inches. 6. Bake at 400 for twenty minutes. |
