Love this recipe-very refreshing. It's a Martha Stewart recipe. Ingredients:
8 stalks rhubarb (cut into 3 inch pieces) |
3 tea bags |
3 quarts water |
3/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Place rhubarb into 3 quarts of water bring to boil reduce heat to a simmer; simmer for 1 hour. 2. Place tea bags in water the last 6 minutes. 3. Strain. 4. Place into a 2-quart pitcher and add sugar. 5. Chill in refrigrator; serve over ice. |
