Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
1/4 cup butter |
2 eggs, beaten |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
2 cups chopped rhubarb |
Directions:
1. For crust, blend ingredients and press into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. 2. For topping, mix ingredients and spoon into bottom layer. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4. Good with ice cream. |
