Ingredients:
2 pie crusts |
1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
2 cup(s) sugar |
3 eggs |
3 tablespoon(s) milk |
4 cup(s) rhubarb diced |
2 teaspoon(s) butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except butter and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake 50-60 minutes until lightly browned. |
