Ingredients:
1 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
3/4 cup(s) oatmeal |
1/2 cup(s) butter melted |
3 1/2 cup(s) rhubarb sliced |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) water |
2 teaspoon(s) corn starch |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and pat half the mixture into bottom of a 9x9 inch pan. Add rhubarb. Make syrup out of the remaining ingredients, cooking until thickened. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350. |
