Ingredients:
1 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
3/4 cup(s) oatmeal
1/2 cup(s) butter melted
3 1/2 cup(s) rhubarb sliced
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) water
2 teaspoon(s) corn starch
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and pat half the mixture into bottom of a 9x9 inch pan. Add rhubarb. Make syrup out of the remaining ingredients, cooking until thickened. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350.
