Time: 30 minutes. This quick crumble uses granola for the topping. It's a fantastic way to make a rhubarb dessert without the fuss of a dough or batter. Ingredients:
3 cups coarsely chopped rhubarb |
3/4 to 1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces |
1 1/2 cups sweet granola |
sweetened whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Evenly spread mixture in an 8- by 8-in. baking dish. Scatter butter over rhubarb, then cover with granola. 2.
