Ingredients:
1 cup(s) flour |
1/3 cup(s) oats |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
pinch(s) salt |
6 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) chpped hazelnuts |
1/3 cup(s) rhubarb chopped |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon(s) orange zest |

Directions:
1. Combine flour, oats, sugar & salt in a bowl. Stir in 6 Tbls butter and hazelnuts; squeeze into large crubles and place in the freezer. 2. Toss rhubarb, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, orange zest and salt in a 8 by 8 inch glass or ceramic baking dish. Scatter the crumble on tope and bake in a preheated 375 degrees oven until golden and bubbly, 45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes; serve with whipped cream. |
