Ingredients:
4 cups diced rhubarb |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 deep dish pie shell |
1/2 cup flour, for crumb |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar, for crumb |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Toss diced fruit and sugar and flour; add vanilla. 2. Place in unbaked pie shell. 3. Crumble 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter; spread on pie. 4. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. |
