Lower fat and lower sugar than the original version. Works with frozen or fresh rhubarb. Ingredients:
8 cups rhubarb |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
6 tablespoons flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup oatmeal |
3/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour, place in 9 x 13 pan. 2. Mix remaining ingredients, sprinkle on top of rhubarb mixture. 3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. |
