From Ricardo. I did it and I found that 1 cup of sugar was too much. I suggest that you begin with 1/2 cup. And then add more if you prefer. Ingredients:
4 cups fresh rhubarb, diced or 600 g frozen rhubarb, thawed |
1 cup sugar (read description) |
Directions:
1. In a casserole, blend rhubarb and sugar. 2. Bring to a boil, at medium heat, stirring frequently and let simmer 10 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat and let cool down. 4. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold. |
