From Vermont winery: serve as an apertif with a fresh soft cheese. Seems glorious to me! I imagine one could use and fruity wine also Ingredients:
4 oz vermont rhubarb wine |
1 1/2 oz proseco or dry or semi dry champagfne |
1 strawberry |
Directions:
1. Pour Rhubarb wine ina a champagne flute 2. add the proseco 3. garnish side of glass with a strawberry nestled on the side 4. Serve this with soft and fresh cheeses as an apertif |
