Ingredients:
2 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
2 tablespoon(s) margarine |
1 egg |
1 cup(s) milk |
4 cup(s) rhubarb chopped |
1 3 oz package strawberry gelatin |
Directions:
1. TOPPING: 1 1/4 c sugar 2. /3 c flour 3. /4 t nutmeg 4. /2 t cinnamon 5. T butter, melted 6. c chopped pecans 7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add egg and milk and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spoon rhumbarb evenly over the batter and sprinkle with dry gelatin and topping mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until lightly borwned and bubbly. |
