Another great rhubarb recipe! Ingredients:
1/2 cup oleo |
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut fine (heaping) |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream oleo and brown sugar. 2. Add egg and beat well. 3. Add rest of ingredients. Fold in rhubarb. 4. Combine sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle over top of batter before baking. 5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. |
