Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
3/4 cup butter, cold |
3 eggs, beaten |
2 cups sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups rhubarb, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut cold butter with (1st) flour & powdered sugar until crumbly. 2. Press dough into 9x13 pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 4. While crust is baking prepare filling. 5. Beat eggs, then add sugar, (2nd) flour, & salt. 6. Gently stir in rhubarb; spoon filling gently over hot crust. 7. Bake an additional 35 minutes. |
