The blending of the chopped vegetables make this flavorful dip a hit where ever I have taken it for pitch in dinners. My DIL first brought this to a Christmas get-to-gether 25 years ago. This is a MUST for many of our family gatherings! I promise, you will not be disappointed! Ingredients:
8 ounces mayonnaise |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 tablespoons minced green bell peppers |
2 tablespoons minced cucumbers |
2 tablespoons minced carrots |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
2 tablespoons minced radishes |
1 dash garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix the mayonaise, sour cream, salt, sugar and garlic powder to make the creamy base. 2. After finely dicing or mincing the veggies, add to the creamy mixture:. 3. The flavors will blend better if left a few hours or overnight. 4. Serve with veggies, mushrooms and even chips. 5. This keeps several days in the refrigerator. |
