                    Roasted Greenbeans Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups organic green beans  |  
                                                1 tablespoon soy sauce  |  
                                                1 tablespoon olive oil  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon sea salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon rosemary  |  
                                                2 teaspoons minced garlic  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. I use the frozen organic green beans; defrost and pat dry. Toss the green beans with all ingredients and spread onto cookie sheet. Roast in preheated oven at 400 for 15 minutes, then at 450 for 5 minutes.                              |
