Rhonda's meatloaf that the kids grew up with!!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk or 1/2 cup beer
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon basil
2 lbs lean ground chuck (90%)
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except meat.
2. Add beef, salt and pepper.
3. Top with worchestershire sauce and more pepper.
4. Bake 350 1 1/2 hours. Cook to 165.
5. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
