Rhonda's meatloaf that the kids grew up with!!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup milk or 1/2 cup beer |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
4 tablespoons parsley |
1 teaspoon basil |
2 lbs lean ground chuck (90%) |
salt and pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except meat. 2. Add beef, salt and pepper. 3. Top with worchestershire sauce and more pepper. 4. Bake 350 1 1/2 hours. Cook to 165. 5. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing. |
