This is a friends recipe which is just so yummy and of course easy to make which is a bonus. Ingredients:
250 g marie biscuits |
125 g butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon cocoa |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 1/2 cups icing sugar |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1 tablespoon butter |
3 drops vanilla essence |
boiling water, enough to make right consistency |
Directions:
1. Melt butter until really hot and add whisked egg mix quickly. 2. Then sugar and cocoa and add crushed biscuits 3. and raisins. 4. Press into tin and add icing and put in fridge to set. 5. When hard cut and store in container in fridge. 6. Lasts few days in fridge. |
