Fabulous tasty and colorful. These are great. I make them often and never get tired of them. Ingredients:
1 medium white onion |
20 ounces butter |
1 pound carrots coarsely grated |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
5 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Chop onion finely the fry gently in butter until pale gold. 2. Add grated carrots and salt then mix well. 3. Transfer to small casserole dish. 4. Add water then cover dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
