Making it vegetarian Ingredients:
14 ounces extra firm tofu |
1 1/4 ounces chili seasoning mix |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 onion |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans |
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast |
Directions:
1. Press tofu. 2. In large saucepan, crumble and cook tofu over medium heat until browned. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
