My version of Chicken Georgia, substituting mushrooms with green chilies. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
4 tablespoons margarine |
4 ounces green chilies |
1 small onion |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine. 2. Saute onion and green chilies. 3. Add chicken. 4. Serve over rice. |
