Very easy to make and serve Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup semolina |
1 cup flour |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup vegetable oil (i did not use it) |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tbs vanilla extract |
for syrup |
3 cups water |
3 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat owen 300F- 160C . 2. Grease 3 qt - 2.8 L Pyrex set aside . 3. Put 3 cups sugar and 3 cups water for syrup and boil for 4-5 min. set aside to chill but not cold.. 4. In large bowl mix all dry ingredients exept sugar . 5. In stand mixer beat eggs and sugar till fluffy, 6. turn speed on slow and add yogurt ,Oil ( i did not use any oil ) and then flour mixture. 7. pour in greased pyrex and cook till color turn light caramelized.. 8. take out from owen and pour syrup on top, let cool complete.. 9. serv with coconut.. |
