4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 in |
6 tablespoons thousand island dressing, south beach friendly |
4 tablespoons stone ground mustard |
8 slices lean pastrami |
1 1/3 cups sauerkraut |
4 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Lay tortillas flat. Spread dressing and mustard. Top with Pastrami, sauerkraut and cheese. 2. Roll up burrito style. |
