South Beach Phase 1 Recipe. Very tasty and easy to make and great for on the go. Recipe suggests sugar free thousand island dressing or grainy mustard. Swiss cheese should be reduced fat. I use turkey pastrami for less fat. You can use sauerkraut or prepackaged coleslaw mix. There are a number of ways to prepare based on your tastebuds. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 leaf cabbage |
1 slice swiss cheese |
1 slice pastrami |
1 tbs thousand island dressing |
2 tbs sauerkraut |
Directions:
1. Fan the cabbage leaf on a plate. Place the cheese on the cabbage leaf and top with pastrami. Spread the thousand island dressing onto the pastrami. Add the sauerkraut. Roll up and secure with a wooden pick. 2. Makes 1 wrap. |
