This is a great appetizer that was in a local paper. Could not be easier! For a pretty presentation, I use a ceramic pie plate. Ingredients:
8 oz. corned beef, shredded |
16 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained (don't rinse) |
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 c shredded swiss cheese |
1 c real mayonnaise |
2 loaves party rye bread (1 light & 1 dark) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except bread) in bowl 2. Mix well 3. Turn into greased 8 X 8 pan or pie pan 4. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 30 minutes or til top is golden 5. Serve hot with party rye bread |
