REUBEN SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996. Ingredients:
2 cups drained sauerkraut |
1 pound grated swiss cheese |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
2 packages corned beef diced |
cocktail rye bread |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients except bread and bake in casserole dish 45 minutes. 3. Serve on cocktail rye bread. |
