Sounds like a good mini Reuben sandwich appetizer. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained |
1 (8 ounce) package swiss cheese, shredded |
1 (1 large) package chopped corned beef or 1 (1 large) package deli corned beef |
hot mustard (opt. for topping) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
3. Serve with party bread or crackers.
4. Serve with hot mustard on the side for topping (optional).
