I have made this a few times, i am not a big fan, but everyone who loves reubons says it is wonderful. I am just not a big fan of corned beef. Ingredients:
11 ounces sauerkraut (drained) |
2 tomatoes (sliced) |
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing |
2 (4 ounce) packages corned beef, diced |
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese |
1 cup rye crackers (crushed) |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. In 9x13 pan,spread layer of sauerkraut, topwith tomatoes,dot with dressing. 2. Cover with corned beef,and sprinkle cheese on top. 3. Mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top. 4. Bake at 425 for 20-25 min. |
