Super easy and fast. recommends this burger for a 4th of July celebration. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
6 slices swiss cheese |
1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, heated and drained |
1/3 cup thousand island dressing |
Directions:
1. Shape ground beef into 6 patties. Grill or broil until done to your likeness. 2. Top each burger with sauerkraut followed by a slice of cheese. 3. Serve on rye bread slathered in Thousand Island dressing. |
