I love this salsa for an appetizer with chips.
Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 cup fresh jalapeno
1 handful fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons lemon juice (optional) or 3 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend on the setting of how you like it (chunky or thin). Pour in a bowl and enjoy!
