I love this salsa for an appetizer with chips. Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1/2 cup chopped white onion |
1 cup fresh jalapeno |
1 handful fresh cilantro |
3 tablespoons lemon juice (optional) or 3 tablespoons lime juice (optional) |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend on the setting of how you like it (chunky or thin). Pour in a bowl and enjoy! |
